2. Replace the inner hole in case of large wear.
3. It must be tightened.
4. Ensure the dry extension length during welding.
Two、 Nozzle
1. It must be tightened during use to prevent air leakage and length change.
2. The spatter shall be cleaned in time, but the method of knocking shall not be used.
3. Ensure concentricity with different electric nozzles.
Three、 Gas screen (gas diverter)
1. It must be used during welding and replaced in case of damage.
Four 、 Barrel
1. It must be installed in place and firmly tightened with a 4mm Allen wrench.
2. The insulating sleeve shall be intact.
Five、 Wire feeding tube
1. The length meets the requirements.
2. Clean and remove dust in time, using beating method, kneading method and wire drawing method.
3. If the wire feeding is unstable due to aging, it shall be replaced in time.
Six、 Welding gun
1. The installation position with the wire feeder shall be correct, and it shall be firmly tightened with 6m hexagon socket wrench.
2. Tighten the air pipe connector gently by hand.
3. The bending radius during welding shall not be less than r300mm.
4. It is forbidden to drag the wire feeder with a welding gun.
Seven、 Welding cable
1. All connection points in the welding circuit shall be firm.
2. Ensure that the cross-sectional area of the cable matches the maximum current of the welding machine and cannot be replaced by steel and iron bars.
3. Do not reel the cable when lengthening the cable.
Eight、 Wire feeder
1. Avoid impact when moving, and do not pull the welding gun to move.
2. Except for the aluminum disk shaft of welding wire, other parts shall not be lubricated.
Nine、 Air supply system
1. When using C02, the flowmeter must be heated, and the scale tube shall be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
2. The gas flow is determined according to the current, generally between 15-25l / min.
3. The gas cylinder must be fixed upright.
4. The air supply pipeline shall not leak gas.
